The All-Pro Adjustable 2.5-lb Ankle Weight includes 10 individual 1/4-lb solid iron weights that can be added or removed as needed for increasing resistance and progressive exercises. The contour foam and cushioned flaps provide added protection and comfort while permitting full freedom of movement.

The All-Pro Adjustable 2.5-lb Ankle Weight was designed by a former leading occupational therapist with health, safety and comfort in mind. For those with decreasing leg strength, using this adjustable ankle weight is ideal for therapeutic rehabilitation exercise. This adjustable weight ankle weight allows the user to gradually add weight in 1/4-lb increments up to 2.5 pounds. The solid bar weights easily slip in and out and are secured in the pouch. The cushioned flap provides ankle protection and keeps the weights secure. This single ankle weight is comfortable to wear and features a wide, secure, Velcro closure, internal padding and an Achilles cut-out for comfort and fit.
