Designed by AquaJogger, the ActiveBells EVA foam dumbbells are the perfect workout partner for those just getting started, rehab patients, and active seniors. With the turn of the wrist, the resistance can be increased or decreased. Users will find pushing the pointed end into the water provides less resistance, or pushing with the flat side increases the resistance for a greater workout challenge. These quality, USA-made hand barbells provide less resistance than the average size, making these perfect for newbies, seniors, non-swimmers and water enthusiasts.
