The AquaJogger Water Exercise X-Cuffs are resistance cuffs that increase the surface area which increases resistance and workload as the user moves their arms or legs through water. The X-Cuffs are designed to fit on the arms or ankles. Constructed of soft EVA foam, the cuffs can be worn during basic water exercises. To place the cuffs on the ankles, position the X strap just above the ankle then slide the cuffs up or down the lower leg to provide the best fit. To place the cuffs on the forearms, position the X strap around the wrist then slide the cuffs up or down the forearm until the provide the best fit. AquaJogger Cuffs add another level of intensity to exercises by increasing surface area and buoyancy when placed on the ankles or forearms. AquaJogger Water Exercise X-Cuffs are sold as a pair.
