It works very well. I'd tried one at my gym and bought the same model. It's easy to "install" (just hang over a door and then close it) and it gives the user a wide range of gentle movements to stretch out the shoulder and upper arm. It's a great deal for a very reasonable price.

Q: how do you put the strap over the top of the door?

A: A webbing strap secures over the top of a door. It is the black strap attached to the pulley in the picture. You put this over the door, then close the door. The pulley should remain on the same side of the door as you will be exercising.
