Users can easily view their stride count, mileage, duration, and calories burned on the LCD monitor display. This portable under-desk elliptical provides 6 levels of resistance. Users can adjust their workout intensity by turning the resistance control knob from Level 1 lowest intensity to Level 6 highest intensity. To increase the resistance, simply turn the knob clockwise. The higher the number, the higher the resistance. The manufacturer recommends beginning at Level 1 and increasing the intensity gradually over time.
The Cubii Move Compact Desk Elliptical requires simple assembly. Insert the pedal tubes into the flywheel and the pedal wheel with the base of the unit. The unit is designed to be pedaled both forwards and backward so users can choose which direction works best or even alternate between the two. When pedaling the elliptical, the feet move approximately 12.25 inches horizontally for each full cycle of the pedals, so each foot (both left and right) has its own stride length of 6.125 inches.
