The DMI® Mini Bike Exerciser is an arm and leg exercise machine that is lightweight and portable. This versatile and efficient low-impact bicycle-style exerciser helps improve circulation, arm and leg muscle strength.

This exercise bike is great for rehabilitation and provides better resistance than tube frame bikes. Users can position it on the floor for leg strengthening and then on the table for toning arm muscles. The built-in digital monitor displays number of revolutions in a workout, estimated calories burned, elapsed time and total revolution count. Is has an adjustable tension knob to control the resistance, enabling the user to consistently increase the tension to improve their fitness level. The non-slip mat and 1 AAA battery for power are all included. Some assembly is required and instructions in English and Spanish are included.
