The Endorphin 300-E3 Hand Cycle is designed for users with minimal strength who want to use the 300 series ergometers for cardiovascular exercise. This adapted exercise unit features a low resistance system.

The 300-E3 Hand Cycle has 1/3rd of the resistance level of the 300-E2. The magnetic belt drive provides smooth frictionless resistance in both forward and reverse rotation directions for effective upper body cardio training and conditioning. The body stabilizing chest support pad of the Endorphin 300-E3 Hand Cycle extends 7 inches and adjusts to a vertical or horizontal position for maximum comfort. The user can choose from eight programmable workout sessions, from hill climbs to automatically controlled target heart rate programs, to a manual select mode. The large LED matrix display monitor displays pulse, time, distance, speed, calories, and heart rate. The handles are comfortable to grip. The new millennium cover design eliminates flywheel pinch points for improved user safety. Available options include the 355 Series Cycle Table Platform, 402 Quad Grips, 400 Multi Positional Handle Set, and Foot Pedals. The unit requires partial assembly, ships UPS Ground, and requires a 3-4 week lead time.
