The Endorphin 300-E4 Hand Cycle is an upper body ergometer with positional handles for a more effective work out. This adapted exercise unit is a complete upper body muscle-conditioning platform.

The 300-E4 Hand Cycle has ergonomically designed hand grips that rotate at the push of a button into 3 preset hand positions: 22°, 45°, or 90° angle. The rotation of the hand grip allows the user to isolate different muscle groups in the shoulder, arm and wrist, providing a more targeted exercise session. The magnetic belt drive provides smooth frictionless resistance in both forward and reverse directions. The chest support pad extends 7 inches and adjusts to a vertical or horizontal position for maximum comfort and body stabilization. The 300-E4 Hand Cycle has 8 programmable workout sessions, ranging from hill climbing, to automatically controlled target heart rate programs, to a manual select mode. Pulse, time, distance, speed, calories, and heart rate are displayed on the large LED matrix display monitor. The new millennium cover design eliminates flywheel pinch points for improved user safety. Available options include the 355 Series Cycle Table Platform, 402 Quad Grips, and Foot Pedals. The unit requires partial assembly, ships UPS Ground, and requires a 3-4 week lead time.
