The Finger Pinch Replacement Pins set of 10 pinching exercisers provide graded resistance for increasing hand strength. Perform simple pinching exercises or use with the Graded Pinch Finger Exercisers Set for a wide variety of finger exercises.

The Finger Pinch Replacement Pins are large clothes pins with a metal spring. The pins have wide finger pads to accommodate 3-point or 3-finger pinch as well as lateral pinch and tip pinch. Each color provides resistance from extra light to heavy for progressive exercises. The yellow pinch pins provide extra light 1 pound resistance, red pinch pins provide light 2 pounds resistance, green pinch pins provide medium 4 pounds resistance, blue pinch pins provide heavy 6 pounds resistance, black pinch pins provide extra heavy 8 pounds resistance. The Finger Pinch Replacement Pinch Pins are color-coded for progressive resistance.
