The Fitterfirst Slant Board is an adjustable incline board that is designed to effectively stretch the lower leg. Users with tight calves, ankles, or knees will find this stretching aid helpful for increasing flexibility, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

The Fitterfirst Slant Board is designed to target and stretch the arch, calf, hamstring and hip muscles. The board is made of ¾ inch birch plywood, and is available in an 11 inch and 14 inch wide models. The angle of incline is adjustable by three levels: 26, 38 and 42 degrees and also folds flat for storage. The top and bottom surfaces are non-slip for added safety. This adjustable incline board is ideal for use in a clinic, club or at home. The Fitterfirst Slant Board provides users an easy, effective stretching device for improving flexibility.

Sturdy, Secure, Well Made

In retrospect, I wish I had bought the longer version, which my friend owns. Despite the fact that I wear a women's size 5 shoe and am about 140 pounds, I find the longer version more comfortable and versatile. I suspect many other people would feel the same. That said, this is a very sturdy slant board and gives me an excellent stretch.
