The Grip Solutions Ex-R Grip is a hand exercise rehabilitation aid that is easy to apply and use. Adjustable straps help to improve grip and increase independence when lifting weights.

The Grip Solutions Ex-R Grip has a universal design to fit on either the right or left hand for a wide range of hand sizes. Instead of cutting strips of non-slip material and wrapping around a user's hand, the Ex-R Grip is ready to use right out of the package to secure hands during therapy. People who have difficulty gripping a hand weight will find this innovative hand cuff helpful. The Grip Solutions Ex-R Grip is sold individually.

Directions for using the Grip Solutions Ex-R GRIP:

  1. Lay the flat strap and buckle facing up.
  2. Insert the palm with buckle placed on the wrist.
  3. Wrap and secure the wrist support.
  4. Insert the weight/bar into the palm and feed the strap through the buckle.
  5. Secure the weight/bar with strap.
