The CanDo Yoga Mat is lightweight, yet cushioned and strong to offer extra padding with the convenience of being thin enough to roll up and take anywhere. The 3 different Multi-Grip Strap Exercisers Set includes one X-Light, one Medium, and one X-Heavy resistance bands. Resistance is changed by sliding up or down one loop on the exerciser or by using a band with a different resistance. CanDo high-quality latex resistive exercise bands are used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training. The pair of Cuff Weights comes with 5 pounds of inserts that can be removed to adjust the heaviness. Suitable for wrists or ankles, they feature a D-ring closure for a snug fit and a padded interior for comfort.
