The CanDo Yoga Mat is lightweight, yet cushioned and strong to offer extra padding with the convenience of being thin enough to roll up and take anywhere. The 3 different Multi-Grip Strap Exercisers Set includes one X-Light, one Medium, and one X-Heavy resistance bands. Resistance is changed by sliding up or down one loop on the exerciser or by using a band with a different resistance. CanDo high-quality latex resistive exercise bands have been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987. The pair of Cuff Weights comes with 5 pounds of inserts that can be removed to adjust the heaviness. Suitable for wrists or ankles, they feature a D-ring closure for a snug fit and a padded interior for comfort.
The Dynamic Stretch Strap is ideal for improving movement, range of motion, and flexibility. The strap works for the entire body, from the shoulders down to the glutes, calves, and even toes. A dynamic stretch routine helps users move more freely and with less pain. The black composite foam roller is fully round and measures 6 inches in diameter and 12 inches long. This roller is ideal for a deep tissue massage after an intensive workout, and it is fantastic for stretching and rehabilitating the hips, legs, back, neck, and shoulders. More rugged than polyethylene, the Foam Roller holds its shape, even after repeated use. In addition to massage and stretching, the composite foam roller is also great for increasing blood flow and improving blood circulation.
