The 3 different Multi-Grip Strap Exercisers allow users to perform numerous high-impact upper and lower body strength and resistance training exercises. The set includes one X-Light, one Medium, and one X-Heavy resistance band with multiple grip loops. The Dynamic Stretch Strap is ideal for improving movement, range of motion, and flexibility. The strap works for the entire body, from the shoulders down to the glutes, calves, and even toes. The Foam Roller is a black composite foam roller that is fully round and sized at 6 inches in diameter and 12 inches long. This roller is ideal for a deep tissue massage after an intensive workout, and it is fantastic for stretching and rehabilitating the hips, legs, back, neck, and shoulders. More rugged than polyethylene, the Foam Roller holds its shape, even after repeated use. In addition to massage and stretching, the composite foam roller is also great for increasing blood flow and improving blood circulation.
The Exercise Mat offers extra padding for a more comfortable workout, and is thin enough to roll up and take anywhere. The mat measures 68-inches long, 24 inches wide, and 0.25 inch thick. The pair of Cuff Weights includes 5 pounds of inserts that can be removed to adjust the heaviness. Suitable for wrists or ankles, they feature a D-ring closure for a snug fit and a padded interior for comfort. The CanDo Inflatable Exercise Ball - Green - 26 inch is a terrific tool to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength. The included hand pump blows up the inflatable exercise ball. The inflatable ball is useful for vestibular movement and equilibrium therapy, as well as to assist in stretching and strength exercises.
