FEI Home Exercise Package : Mobility includes 3 different Multi-Grip Strap Exercisers, a Dynamic Stretch Strap, and a Foam Roller. The 3 different Multi-Grip Strap Exercisers allow users to perform numerous high-impact upper and lower body strength and resistance training exercises. The set includes one X-Light, one Medium, and one X-Heavy resistance bands. Resistance is changed by sliding up or down one loop on the exerciser or by using a band with a different resistance. The Dynamic Stretch Strap is ideal for improving movement, range-of-motion and flexibility. The strap works for the entire body, from the shoulders down to the glutes, calves, and even toes. A dynamic stretch routine helps users move more freely and with less pain. The black composite foam roller is fully round and sized at 6 inches in diameter and 12 inches long.
