The OPTP Balance Beam is a folding foam balance pad for balance training for physical therapy, rehabilitation, stabilization and coordination exercises, and fitness. This thick foam pad folds for easy storage and transport for use at home, in a clinic, or gym.
The OPTP Balance Beam is made from EVA, closed-cell foam that is latex-free, PVC-free, and chloride-free. Thicker than a yoga pad, traditional exercise pad, or workout pad, this balance foam pad can be used for exercises to safely and effectively improve stabilization and coordination. The non-slip surface provides a secure footing and minimizes the risk of falls. When fully open the balance pad measures 74 inches long, 7.5 inches wide, and 2.5 inches high. When folded, it measures 37 inches long, 7.5 inches wide, and 5 inches high.
