The Shoulder ROM Climbing Board is a simple yet effective exercise therapy device for increasing shoulder range of motion. This board is often used by physical or occupational therapists to help develop range of motion, coordination, and upper-body strength.
The Shoulder ROM Climbing Board has a sturdy wooden frame with six notches that are spaced apart. Users move the accompanying 36-inch long dowel road up and down the frame. The board can be adjusted to 3 different angles: 70 degrees, 65 degrees, and 55 degrees. Constructed of durable Birch wood, the shoulder ladder can also be folded down for easy storage. Difficulty can be increased by adding a weighted cuff (not included) to the dowel rod. Users with limited shoulder range of motion will find the Shoulder ROM Climbing Board helpful for improving motor skills and performing range-of-motion therapy exercises.
