These lightweight weights provide a convenient alternative to standard weights and are available in 4 sizes: 2 pounds, 4 pounds, 6 pounds, and 8 pounds, and an adjustable size. The adjustable model has markings for 1 through 6 pounds. The comfort grip foam handle eliminates straps that can irritate frail skin. The adjustable weight has a clear face with one to six-pound fill lines. To fill the weight, simply place the pouch under a faucet, open the valve cover, and place a hard object such as the back of a pencil or pen to open the flap. Fill the weight until the water overflows the valve then close the valve. For the adjustable weight, fill to the preferred line. The vinyl can be wiped clean with a standard disinfectant and can be rinsed with diluted non-chlorine disinfectant.
