The So-Secure Child Swim Brief is a reusable undergarment for swimming designed for children with incontinence. This washable containment swim diaper is designed to be worn next to the skin under a swimsuit.
The So-Secure Child Swim Brief provides superior protection and peace of mind. Made of 4 way stretch polyurethane fabric with a soft fleece lining, the undergarment was designed for bowel incontinence. While no garment is totally watertight, the So-Secure swim brief also provides a certain amount of protection against urinary leakage. The waist and legs have full elastic enclosures that provide added security. Each side has adjustable hook & loop closures for a secure fit, and to allow the garment to lay completely flat to make dressing easier.
To determine the correct size, measure the waist and hip and choose the larger size. If the measurements are at the higher end of a size range, don't go to a larger size. To measure rise, begin about 1 inch below the belly button, measure down through the legs, and up to the position on the back that matches the starting position on the front. Fully adjustable So-Secure Swim Brief garments are very stretchy and should fit very snugly. It is important to purchase the right size and keep it as snug as possible using adjustable closures. For teens, and children taller than 5 feet, the Teen size is recommended. The National Foundation for Continence reviewed and selected this swim brief for their Resource Guide. Although it was made specifically for swimming, many customers have found that it makes a great cover for disposable or cloth diapers. The So-Secure Child Swim Brief is now available in a rainbow of bright colors: Light Blue, Orange Popsicle, Purple, Soft Lime, Soft Pink, and Sunshine Yellow. These new colors are made in a slightly lighter fabric with a jersey inner face as opposed to the microfleece inner face of the standard Navy So-Secure Children’s Diaper.
