The back rest and a padded, cushioned seat help promote proper form and ensure comfort with each stroke. The rail is also longer and heavily angled for an easier return. Textured foot plates and adjustable straps keep feet stabilized. Large, padded handles allow for a relaxing yet effective rowing motion. Moving the hydraulic resistance cylinder allows users to adjust the difficulty of the stroke. Several levels of resistance provide a wide variability in workout intensity. The LCD monitor displays time, count, total count and calories. The SCAN mode allows viewing all of the metrics in real-time. The built in wheels allow users to easily move the rowing machine for storage.
