The Stamina® InLine Back Stretch Bench is an easy to use non-invasive traction tool, similar to inversion therapy, for stretching and decompressing the spine. This simple device is designed to gently stretch the spinal column for proper alignment, alleviating pressure on sensitive nerves and help relieve joint and back pain.The Stamina InLine Back Stretch Bench allows users to decompress their spine and stretch hips, knees and ankles while on the ground. This back stretch bench has a durable steel frame with comfortable, soft padded vinyl upholstery. The arm and ankle supports are covered with contoured foam padding for comfort during stretching. Simply recline on the traction bench and use the lever for spinal decompression. To adjust the bench for the user's height, loosen the knob and extend the height adjustment beam. To accommodate the user's shoulder width, adjust the arm supports to one of the three positions: narrow, medium and wide. Designed for easy portability, the Stamina InLine Back Stretch Bench is perfect for use at home or the office.
