The TheraBand Comfort Fit Ankle & Wrist Weights 2.5 lb are padded cuff weights with soft terrycloth lining that provide improved comfort for people who find standard cuff weights uncomfortable. Adjustable hook and loop straps secure the weights to hug the ankle and wrist and increase comfort when exercising.

The TheraBand Comfort Fit Ankle & Wrist Weights 2.5 lb adapted cuff weights can be used on the ankles or wrists for progressive resistance strength training and rehabilitation. The weights are designed with a soft terry cloth interior for moisture absorption. The outside of the weights are made of neoprene and have a reflective trim for increased visibility and safety for outdoor use.
