The Ultimate Hand Helper® Hand Exerciser has an ergonomic design with a padded handle that is curved to comfortably fit in the user's hand. The curved design allows users to squeeze the handle in a natural gripping motion.

The Ultimate Hand Helper® Hand Exerciser is a uniquely designed hand exerciser for effectively improving hand strength and finger motion. Users with poor hand grip strength will find the contoured design and padded finger bar gently supports the palm for added comfort. By alternating the position of the curve, different flexion and extension muscle groups are exercised more effectively than with traditional hand exercisers that only allow a single gripping motion. The color-coded progressive resistance (yellow, red, and blue) latex-free bands rubber bands (three each) provide different resistance levels for hand strengthening exercises. The bands can easily be placed on the extra-large outside pegs. Four clips are also included for blocking extension and flexion exercises. These snap-on, range-limiting clips are helpful for grading and evaluating progress. The longer frame allows greater excursion for improved composite flexion and improved controlled resistance.
